The Punjab Agricultural Research Board (PARB), Lahore is inviting applications from experienced and competent professionals for the appointment of four (4) Executive Members.

These positions offer an attractive salary package under the Management Position (MP) Scale.

  • Executive Member (Planning and Programming)

  • Executive Member (Administration & Finance)

Eligibility Criteria

 Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Ph.D. degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Animal Husbandry, Poultry, Fisheries, or Forestry Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Professional Experience:
    Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field, including at least three years of specialized experience in the respective areas mentioned below:

    • For Executive Member (Planning and Programming):
      3 years of experience in Research Planning and Programming.

    • For Executive Member (Monitoring & Evaluation):
      3 years of experience in Research Monitoring and Evaluation.

    • For Executive Member (Coordination):
      3 years of experience in Research Coordination.

    • For Executive Member (Administration & Finance):
      3 years of experience in Research Administration and Finance.

  • Research Publications:
    A minimum of seven (07) research publications in HEC-recognized journals is mandatory.

Note:

Only candidates fulfilling the above-mentioned educational, professional, and research criteria should apply.

  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) clearly highlighting the eligibility criteria.

  • Attested copies of academic degrees and experience certificates.

  • List of research publications in HEC-recognized journals, along with their impact factors.

  • Candidates already employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel, accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

  • However, an advance copy of the application can also be submitted directly to ensure it reaches before the due date.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

  • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview/test.
