Eligibility Criteria
Both male and female candidates must hold a Law degree (LLB) from a recognized university, be a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland, and have at least 2 years of experience practicing as an advocate.
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 22 years old and not older than 35 years at the time of application.

Candidates will be required to take a written test consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), covering the following subjects:
General Knowledge
English Language
Criminal Law
Civil Law
