Eligibility Criteria

Education Instructors

  • Age Limit: 22 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)

  • Qualifications:

    • Physics Instructor: MSc (16 years) / BS (4 years) in Physics

    • Mathematics Instructor: MSc (16 years) / BS (4 years) in Mathematics

    • English Instructor: MA (16 years) / BS (4 years) in English
      (Minimum CGPA 2.7/4.0 or First Division required)

  • Initial Rank During Training: Chief Technician

  • After One Year of Service: Promoted to Assistant Warrant Officer

Religious Teachers

  • Age Limit: 25 to 29 years (as of 13 October 2025)

  • Qualifications:

    • Intermediate pass with a recognized Dars-e-Nizami Certificate.

    • Preference given to Huffaz and Qaris.

  • Initial Rank During Training: Chief Technician

  • After Successful Training: Promoted to Assistant Warrant Officer

How To Apply:

Registration Dates:

  • Start Date: 15 May 2025

  • End Date: 21 May 2025

  • Test Timings: 08:00 AM to 02:30 PM (daily)

  • Basic Requirement: Candidates must have basic computer knowledge.

Steps to Apply:

  1. Online Registration:

    • Visit the official PAF recruitment website: 

    • Complete your registration process by filling in the necessary details.

  2. Eligibility Criteria Check:

    • Ensure you meet the age, nationality, marital status, and height requirements.

    • Education Instructors must hold the required degrees with a minimum CGPA of 2.7/4.0 or First Division.

    • Religious Teachers must possess a recognized Dars-e-Nizami Certificate, with preference given to Huffaz and Qaris.

  3. Attend the Computerized Test:

    • For Education Instructors: The test will include intelligence, subject (Physics, Mathematics, English), and personality tests.

    • For Religious Teachers: The test will include intelligence and personality assessments.

  4. Preliminary Medical Examination & Interview:

    • After passing the written test, you will need to attend a medical examination and an interview at the selection centers.

  5. Physical Fitness Test:

    • 1 Mile Run: Complete in 9 minutes.

    • Push-ups: 15 within 2 minutes.

    • Reach-ups: 20 within 2 minutes.

    • Chin-ups: 3 within 2 minutes.

  6. Psychological Test and Further Evaluation:

    • Religious Teachers will take an educational exam.

    • Final interviews will take place at the Air Headquarters Selection Board.

  7. Training:

    • Successful candidates will be sent for training at the College of Education, PAF Peshawar.

Required Documents for Submission:

  • Original documents.

  • Detailed mark sheets (DMC).

  • Computerized National Identity Card (Smart Card).

  • 4 attested passport-size photographs.
