Detailed Eligibility Criteria for Each Position

    Position: Member Agriculture 

  • Qualification:
    A PhD in one of the following fields from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university/institute:

    • Genetics

    • Entomology

    • Plant Pathology

    • Horticulture

    • Soil Science

    • Analytical Chemistry

    • Plant Physiology

  • Experience:
    A minimum of 12 years of post-PhD relevant experience in research, teaching, or laboratory management within the public or private sector, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Publications:
    Must have at least 15 research publications published in reputable international journals.

  • Additional Requirement:
    Knowledge or formal training in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 is mandatory.

  Position: Member Pharma

Qualification:
PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, or Analytical Chemistry from a university or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

Experience:

  • At least 12 years of post-PhD relevant experience in research, teaching, or laboratory management in the public or private sector.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role is essential.

Publications:
Must have a minimum of 15 publications in reputable international journals.

Additional Requirement:
Mandatory knowledge or formal training in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 standards.

Position: Member Food

Qualification:
PhD in one of the following disciplines from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university or institute:

  • Human Nutrition

  • Animal Nutrition

  • Food Safety & Controls

  • Food Quality Management

  • Food Science & Technology

  • Microbiology

  • Dairy Technology

  • Meat Technology

  • Analytical Chemistry

Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant post-PhD experience in research, teaching, or lab management in the public or private sector.

  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role is required.

Publications:
Must have at least 15 research publications in reputable international journals.

Additional Requirement:
Knowledge or certified training in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO 17025 is mandatory.
