Job Summary:

The Regional Outreach Coordinator Jobs at BISP will play a crucial role in promoting BISP’s initiatives at the regional level. The selected candidates will be responsible for coordinating outreach activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of BISP programs. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of community engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional outreach plans to increase awareness of BISP programs.
  • Engage with community leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders to enhance BISP program participation.
  • Organize and lead outreach events, workshops, and seminars to educate communities about BISP’s financial aid programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with BISP’s organizational goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from BISP beneficiaries to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and partner organizations for seamless execution of BISP outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare reports on BISP outreach activities and present findings to the BISP management team.
  • Train and supervise field staff involved in BISP outreach initiatives.
  • Address public inquiries and provide assistance regarding BISP eligibility criteria and application processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BISP community outreach, social work, or public sector engagement.
  • Strong understanding of BISP poverty alleviation programs and government welfare initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Fluency in Urdu and regional languages is preferred.
